Returns & Exchanges

At HARD Swimwear, we want you to feel confident in your fit; therefore, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided items are unworn with original hygiene liners intact. Please note that for sanitary reasons, any swimwear returned without the protective seal will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn swimwear with all original tags and hygiene stickers attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
